Built by Veterans. Driven by Mission. Focused on Delivery.
We're a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business built by people who've led teams, solved supply chain problems, and delivered under real pressure. Gophr was born from a military mindset — get it done, get it right, no excuses.

No More Guessing. No More Ghosting.
Gophr is here for logistics teams, field crews, dispatchers, and operations leads who are done chasing answers and dodging delays. We're not brokers bouncing you between terminals. We're not random hotshots in unmarked vans.
We're a one-stop platform for everything from courier deliveries to coast-to-coast freight — with:
What We Believe In

Gophr was built by a team of logistics leaders, military veterans, and engineers who believe that tech should serve real-world teams — not get in their way.

Warren Vandever
FOUNDER & CEO
Warren is our fearless leader, Founder and CEO. He spent his early adult life honing skills as a war fighter and embracing the military lifestyle. After his third tour of duty, he started a family and pursued his education in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering at McNeese State University. As a serial entrepreneur, Warren has taken part in LNG projects, Construction, and Technology & Logistics. Warren's passion for helping others in the entrepreneurial space also led him to co-found Embark, a local business incubator for entrepreneurs starting their own businesses. When he is not working, he and his wife are raising four children to become the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.

Matt Sarradet
COO
Matt is the COO of Gophr. He is an operations leader with over 20 years of management experience, as well as nine years of senior leadership in early stage and high growth tech startup environments. After studying Business at LSU, he pursued a career in Hospitality Management, then joined WAITR as Director of Operations. His experience in that role spanned leadership of the Field Operations & Logistics, Customer Success and Restaurant Operations teams as they scaled the company from a startup to the NASDAQ. Matt is a food and wine geek who loves playing music, traveling, and spending time with his wife and son.

David Soileau

David is serving Gophr as CRO leading our Marketing and Sales. He has 12+ years of experience in operations and leadership as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. His experience also includes two years of sales and operations in other industries. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration specializing in Technology Management. He also serves as a board member for the SWLA Veterans Association, and is a Reserve Deputy Marshal for the city of Lake Charles. He enjoys spending his off time with his wife and four children.

Jared Beekman
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Jared is our Director of Engineering and backend engineer specializing in API/Middleware and database design. At Gophr, he is responsible for leading and overseeing the engineering department, team augmentations, and integrations, while optimizing our systems to enhance the overall delivery experience. A former US Navy Hospital Corpsman, he graduated from McNeese State University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. Prior to Gophr, Jared was a Software Engineer at WAITR, where he performed general purpose software programming, requiring use of multiple languages and APIs. He enjoys playing video games, playing bass guitar, and spending time with his family, especially with his granddaughter Ophelia.

Hairui Wang
SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Hairui is Gophr's wizard behind the curtain. He is focused on backend development for web services, product development, integrations and maintenance. He spearheads the development of robust microservices-based backend APIs for inventory management, user authentication, and shipment tracking, enabling seamless interactions across the Gophr App, Driver App, and Dispatch/Merchant Dashboard. Leveraging Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure, Hairui ensures the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our microservices architecture. He attained his second masters degree in Mathematics with concentration in Computer Science at McNeese State University. While in China, Hairui worked on big data at China Unicom. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
"Our military service shaped how we lead, how we execute, and how we show up for our customers. Gophr isn't just a business — it's a continuation of our mission to serve with integrity, reliability, and grit."
David Soileau
From Construction Sites to Cross-Country Freight

The idea for Gophr started where most of the best ideas do — on a job site. Founder Warren Vandever was working with his dad when he joked, "Wouldn't it be nice to have a gofer for all this back-and-forth?" That offhand comment stuck.
Years later, the idea came back to life during a pitch competition: what if you could modernize the 'gofer' concept into a smart, scalable delivery platform?
So we built it.
Launched in 2019, Gophr started as a scrappy team moving essentials across town. Then came a pandemic. Hurricanes. Grid shutdowns. Through every crisis, we kept moving — faster, smarter, stronger.
Today, Gophr delivers everything from paperclips to engine blocks across the U.S. and Canada. We don't just move packages. We move people forward.
